It is such an honor to be able to represent the Northern Chapter of CLEARS for 2022.  I would like to take this opportunity to thank Past President Jeremy Beck and the rest of the 2021 Northern Chapter Board for their time and dedication during this past year.  He/they were able to lead us through a tough year without skipping a beat!

Over the past 2 years we have learned to adapt and overcome in more ways than we thought imaginable.  We have harnessed the power of virtual training and used it to our benefit.  We will and have remained diligent in our quest to provide relevant training and offer the resources needed to perform our many assigned duties with excellence.

As we all start to work our way through the uncharted waters of NIBRS/CIBRS it becomes even more apparent that we are all in the same boat. And through all the mandates, audits and software changes whether within our agencies or at the state level there is always someone to reach out to for assistance or advice. One of the greatest perks of CLEARS!

I have immense pride in being a member of CLEARS and am looking forward to more in person trainings as we make our way through 2022, but until then, join us virtually every third Wednesday for our Training and Business Meetings where we provide the opportunity to ask questions, get answers and get involved!
